Please select all that apply. *** Please note: Any level two course will require successful completion from a level one course with certificate. If certificate is not availalbe, you may "test" out via video or in person. (Demonstrate a few standard steps in that level). Level two courses can easily suprass a dancer without sufficient level one training. Questions/Concerns may be adressed with the Director. WELCOME ABOARD! Required
